Return Or Exchange Summary

The crew at Southern Man online just really want you to be stoked with what your purchased. 

Our online Return Or Exchange policy is as follows:

– Within 7 days on non-sale items from date of delivery.
– No returns on sale items.

* Need proof of purchase, swing tags, and/or original packaging.
* Product & packaging must be in original condition and unworn.
* No return or exchange on sale-items, swimwear, underwear, skateboards, surfboards & bulky items.

* Returns and exchange accepted on all faulty items.
* Return shipping and tracking is at the customers’ expenses. Please ensure the product is protected from damage.
* Free postage and other promotional items might be deducted from your return amount if you have broken the terms of the promotion.


Return Or Exchange Steps

Step 1 – Are you eligible for a exchange or refund?

  1. Were your items delievered within the last 7 days?
  2. Are you items returned in original condition, unworn, all swing tags/barcodes attached and original packaging.
  3. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on change of mind purchases on sale-items, swimwear, underwear, skateboards, surfboards & bulky items.

Step 2 – Contact us within 7 days

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving package using the return form.

Step 3 – We will contact you

Once you have submitted your request please give us 24-48 hours to look it over it and let you know if it is ok to process with the following steps.

Step 4 – Lock in your new item (for exchanges)

The easiest way is if you purchase the replacement item and we will provide a refund you once you return is back to us. This way you wont miss out.

Step 5 – Packing your item

Please protect the product’s packaging by returning the item in the satchel or box we sent them to you in. Please remember return any promotional items you now do not qualify for.

The customer reused our satchel and protective packaging. Once the package got back to us, the product was fine and we were able to provide this customer with a full refund.

The customer stuck label directly to display box. We were unable to resell this item and unable to provide a full refund. 

Step 6 – Returning item

For an exchange/refund, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the parcel back to us.

We really will appreciate if you send back the items as soon as possible as this will give us the opportunity to resell this product to another customer.

Step 7 – Once we receive you item back in store

Once received back instore our team will inspect the return and provide an exchange, store credit or refund at our discretion. Free postage and other promotional items might be deducted from your return amount if you have broken the terms of the promotion.  

Step 8 – Recieving your new exchanged item (if you haven’t already purchased it in step 4.)

For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of your new exchanged item to your postal address one time only*. Any additional exchange requests are at the customer’s own shipping expense.
