Easy Returns

The Southern Man online crew wants you to be stoked with your purchase. 

Our online Return Or Exchange policy is as follows:

– Within 7 days on non-sale items from the date of delivery.
– No returns on sale items.

* Need proof of purchase, swing tags, and/or original packaging.
* Product & packaging must be in original condition, unworn and unused.
* No return or exchange on sale items, swimwear, underwear, skateboards, skimboards, surfboards & bulky items.

* Returns and exchanges accepted on all faulty items.
* Return shipping and tracking are at the customers’ expense. Please ensure the product is protected from damage.
* Free postage and other promotional items might be deducted from your return if you have broken the promotion terms.


Return Or Exchange Steps

Step 1 – Are you eligible for an exchange or refund?

  1. Were your items delivered within the last 7 days?
  2. Are your items returned in original condition, unworn, all swing tags/barcodes attached and original packaging?
  3. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on change-of-mind purchases on sale items, swimwear, underwear, skimboards, skateboards, surfboards & bulky items.

Step 2 – Contact us within 7 days.

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package using the return form or within 7 days of Christmas (before the 31st of December).

Step 3 – We will contact you.

Once you have submitted your request, please give us 24 – 48 hours to review it and let you know if it is ok to process with the following steps.

Step 4 – Lock in your new item (for exchanges).

The easiest way is if you purchase the replacement item, and we will provide a refund once your return is back to us. This way, you won’t miss out.

Step 5 – Packing your item.

Please protect the product’s packaging by returning the item in the satchel or box we sent it to you in. Please remember to return any promotional items you now do not qualify for. 

Good Example
The customer reused our satchel and protective packaging. Once the package got back to us, the product was fine, and we were able to provide this customer with a full refund.

The customer stuck the label directly to the display box. We could not resell this item or provide a full refund. 

Step 6 – Returning item.

For an exchange/refund, the customer is responsible for the parcel’s shipping cost back to us.

We would appreciate it if you return the items as soon as possible, allowing us to resell this product to another customer.

Step 7 – Once we receive your item back in the store.

Once received back in-store, our team will inspect the return and provide an exchange, store credit or refund at our discretion. If you have broken the promotion terms, free postage and other promotional items might be deducted from your return.  

Step 8 – Receive your new exchanged item (if you haven’t already purchased it in Step 4).

For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of your new exchanged item to your postal address one time only*. Any additional exchange requests are at the customer’s own shipping expense.
