Southern Man Loyalty / VIP Card – Terms and Conditions
1.The Southern Man Loyalty / VIP Card is issued by and remains the property of The Trustee for K SAUNDERS FAMILY TRUST trading as Southern Man. Southern Man reserves the right to withdraw the card or account at any time.
2.Southern Man reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Loyalty / VIP Card scheme, or terminate the scheme at any time. No alteration, amendment or termination of the scheme will affect any VIP Points which have been issued at the time of any alteration, amendment or termination of the scheme.
3.The Southern Man Loyalty / VIP Card can be used at Southern Man bricks and mortar store.
4.Southern Man Loyalty / VIP Card Points will be earned for purchases made at Southern Man bricks and mortar store, excluding all sale items, surfboards, and gift vouchers unless specified in promotions.
5.The Southern Man Loyalty / VIP Card cannot be used as a credit or guarantee card.
6.To earn points for a transaction, the Loyalty / VIP Card must be presented at the register before purchasing, otherwise the transaction cannot be recorded and therefore points cannot be given. Points cannot be claimed retrospectively.
7.A minimum of $0.01 must be spent in a single transaction to qualify for Loyalty / VIP Card Points with Loyalty / VIP Card Point being earned for every dollar spent. For the purpose of calculating the value of an individual purchase, Loyalty / VIP Card Points are displayed based on whole dollars paid, inclusive of GST.
8.Points are calculated by multiplying every $15.00 (inclusive of GST) spent on items (excluding all sale items, surfboards, and gift vouchers) by 1 which will equal 1 VIP point.
9.Bonus Points will be offered from time to time during special promotions on selected merchandise and can be earned in addition to normal Loyalty / VIP Card Points.
10.Rewards, in the form of Southern Man Points, can be redeemed on purchases once accrued points balance is equal to or greater than 50 points. 1 point will be equally redeemable in our store for the value of $1.00 AUD.
11.When the VIP Club has over 50 points, Southern Man reserves the rights to issue these points as a gift vouchers with an expiry date of no less 6 months.
12.Southern Man VIP Points can be used at any time and are not exchangeable for cash.
13.Southern Man Points will expire if VIP card is not used within a 2 year period.
14.The redemption value of points may be changed at the discretion of Southern Man. Any change shall not affect points issued prior to the date of change.
15.Each Southern Man VIP Points will be record on Osipos under the membership number of the member who earned the points. Southern Man VIP Points may only be redeemed on production of a Southern Man Loyalty / VIP Card bearing the same Loyalty / VIP Card number.
16.The promoter of Southern Man Loyalty / VIP Card is The Trustee for K SAUNDERS FAMILY TRUST which is also the owner of the scheme.

We here at Southern Man Surf take your privacy seriously and will endeavour to protect your details. We will not give out any personal information, including email, phone or address to any 3rd party companies. Your personal information is between you and us only.
However, we will not take any responsibility for undelivered marketing or products, where information provided via this submission, is incomplete or incorrect (for example misspelled email address or wrong mobile phone number) or has been blocked by spam filters or anti-virus protection.
