23 years ago I bought a pair of fins from Kent. After a few months they developed a fault. I returned them expecting the normal “we will send them away and the manufacturer will replace them in due course”. But no, Kent went straight to the shelf and gave me a new pair saying “you can’t be expected to wait for a replacement, you need them now”.
